Refund Policy

You can cancel Quorasen, LLC’s service (“Quorasen”) at any time. You keep what you have paid for through the end of the month in progress, and if you paid for a year, we refund the rest.
How to cancel
Write to hello@quorasen.com from the email address on your account and say which building or organization to cancel. We confirm by email. Nothing is charged after you cancel.
Monthly plans
You keep access, and text alerts, to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund the month that has started. You are not charged again.
Yearly plans
You keep access to the end of the month in progress, counted from the day you paid or last renewed. We then refund the unused rest of the year as the days remaining multiplied by the daily rate: what you paid divided by the days in the year. A part-day counts as a whole day remaining, which favours you. This is the same way we credit a building that leaves or joins an Organization.
Example. You paid $388.44 for a year (365 days) and cancel 100 days in. The month in progress runs through day 120. The 245 days after that are refunded: $388.44 × 245 ÷ 365 = $260.73.
Organizations
If a building leaves your Organization, or you remove it, the unused part of what you paid for it is credited or refunded in the same way (days remaining multiplied by the daily rate), and the bill drops by one building. If a building joins, you pay the daily-rate share of the current period for it.
Mistakes
If you were charged twice or by mistake, tell us within 30 days and we refund the charge in full.
Free trials
A trial needs no card and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, including the tax that was charged on the amount refunded. They usually reach you in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law where you live.
